All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment must be received before order processing. In case of payment disputes, we reserve the right to cancel or hold orders until resolution.

We deliver to all Emirates in the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, public holidays, etc.).

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• • Opened pet food or consumables
• • Personalized or custom items
• • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We provide no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. All products are sold "as is" except as provided by applicable manufacturer warranty.
