We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Wrong item received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Beauty products that have been opened or used
  • Pet food or consumables once opened
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return

Print Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label. No need to pay for return shipping on eligible items.

Pack Items

Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include any accessories or documentation.

Ship Back

Attach the return label to your package and drop it off at any courier location. Keep your tracking number.

Get Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return.

Partial Refunds

Exchanges
